Paraverse Technology Limited (“Paraverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects and protects your personal privacy. This ImmerShare Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how ImmerShare collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service.
 
  1. Information Collected
    1.1 ImmerShare may collect the following information:
    – Personal identifiers (such as email, name, company name, country/region); – Account and login information (including authorizations from third‑party platforms);
    – Payment and billing information (usually handled by third‑party payment processors; we typically retain only necessary identifiers);
    – Usage statistics (such as streaming duration, concurrent sessions, and common application types). We may also collect technical and usage data for troubleshooting and experience optimization, such as IP address, GPU model, browser information, network latency and error logs, and the names of applications being streamed (for example, Unity.exe). These data are typically anonymized or aggregated and used solely to improve system stability, compatibility, and performance.


  2. Use of Information
    2.1 The collected information is used for:
    – Providing and maintaining the Service;
    – Handling payments, invoices, and subscription management;
    – Technical optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis;
    – Compliance, anti‑abuse, and security review; – Sending transactional notifications related to the Service.
    2.2 We do not use user content (such as 3D application views) for advertising or unrelated purposes.


  3. Regional Versions and Compliance
    3.1 The Service offers multiple regional versions, including but not limited to the China version and the International version, as well as any future versions for other countries or regions.
    3.2 Different regional versions may be subject to different local laws and regulatory requirements. Data handling and storage practices will be governed by the applicable laws and this Policy. For users of the China version, personal data will in principle be stored and processed within mainland China in accordance with applicable Chinese laws and regulations. Where required by applicable law, cross-border transfer of personal data will only be carried out after the required legal procedures, assessments, filings, or standard contractual arrangements have been completed.
    3.3 China Version. For users of the China version, personal data generated during use may be stored on servers located within mainland China and processed in accordance with applicable Chinese laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law. Where required by applicable law, cross-border transfer of personal data will only be carried out after the required legal procedures, assessments, filings, or standard contractual arrangements have been completed.

    4.1 We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, unless required by law or with your separate explicit consent.
    4.2 Data may be shared with:
